Melissa Bartolome is the Office Manager for Clarus Group. Melissa brings over 17 years of administrative experience in Office Management, she assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures; manages and oversees the day-to-day responsibilities and practices within the firm; Prepares client material meetings, as well as preparing new prospective client forms and applications including necessary disclosures. Ensures that all new client data is entered in our Performance Reporting and Billings Platforms. Melissa prepares new account applications, manages account transfers, rollovers, initiates and tracks money transfers, answer routine client questions as well as handling year end items.
When not working Melissa enjoys spending time working with Animal Shelters, her family, her dog and working out.
