Bryan Koslow MBA, CFP®, CPA, PFS, CFF
Bryan is the President & Chief Compliance Officer at the Clarus Group, an SEC-registered Investment Advisory firm. He is also owner of Koslow CPA, an accounting firm providing tax preparation and planning services as well as forensic accounting and litigation support services.
Bryan graduated from Hofstra University with bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Computer Information Systems. He earned his MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Monmouth University and a Certificate in Financial Planning from NYU. He holds the following credentials: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, AICPA Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), AICPA Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and Life, Health and Property and Casualty Insurance licenses.
Bryan is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Foundation for Manalapan-Englishtown Regional Schools, the Chairman of the Investment Committee for the New Jersey Society of CPAs, and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Monmouth University Leon Hess School of Business. He also serves as the Treasurer for the New Jersey Council of Collaborative Practice Groups, an interdisciplinary non-profit organization advancing the use of the Collaborative process in divorce. He previously served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for kids in Monmouth County
He resides in Millstone, NJ with his wife and 3 children.
